Instructions
Soak the beans for 4+ hours
Dice the onions, jalapeno peppers and tomatoes
Turn on the instant pot to sauté normal and add the oil. Once hot add cumin seeds and jalapeno peppers. Sauté for 30 seconds
Add onions. Sauté for 2 mins
Add ginger and garlic paste. Sauté for 1 min
Add tomato and spices. Sauté for 1 min
Add the water and the drained beans
Set the Instant Pot to beans. It will set to 30 mins. Let the pressure release naturally
Remove from the pot and garnish with cilantro
