Spice Marinade
- 2 lbs Chicken Thighs boneless Whole - Don't cut
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Garam Masala (all spice)
- 1 tsp Chat Masala Alternate Amchoor Powder (dried mango powder)
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp heaped Kasoori Methi - Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Additional Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Mix all the spices in a bowl
Mix the chicken and all the ingredients in the spice marinade
Let it stand for 20 minutes
Add all the remaining ingredients and marinade for 2 hours
Heat the BBQ grill to 400℉. Every grill is different, use your own judgement
Oil the grates with cooking oil. Place the chicken onto the grill.
Cook 10 mins on each side. Check the internal temperature to be 165℉ before serving
